McCall's Heartland Grill is a Midwestern-style steakhouse located just off the casino floor inside The STRAT. The menu was designed by The STRAT Executive Chef Rick Giffen. The restaurant features Midwestern and Pacific Coast flavors served in a "cowboy chic" atmosphere with booths surrounded by stone and natural wood.
