Husband and I stayed for 7 nights in a Madison Avenue Deluxe. Had no problem with check-in and the room was ready at 3:00. Had requested a room close to the elevator since we're seniors. It's a nice hotel with a wonderful location. A bit overpriced. The rooms are nice with personal touches. The bathrooms are amazing. The toilet us separate from the rest of the bathroom. There's a huge shower and huge tub. It's comfortable and the casino is great. The shopping area is amazing.

My third stay in 3 months and plan to return in Dec. clean room,good food,great people and one of the original and nicest places on the strip. Casino staff can't be any nicer.

Bathrooms are old and rusty. Hotel staff ignore you. Everything is over priced!

Check in is a joke they want to charge more money to check in 2hr early no coffe in the room you have to pay for it. The mid / center strip location of Planet Hollywood is a big plus. It is across adjacent to the Miracle Mile which offer nearly everything you could want with shopping, food and entertainment. Me and my wife have been making an annual trip to Vegas for March Madness for almost 10 years now. We have stayed at over 10 Hotels on and off Strip(Hard Rock). This is the best hotel. Excalibur is like the People's Casino. Best rates at that end of the strip. The room was clean, the maid freshened it every day with towels. etc... Theatre was very cold,show was geared more for kids I thought,just glad we didn't have to pay to see it.

I go to a lot of shows in Vegas and this show is beyond amazing! It keeps you smiling and laughing while they engage the audience from start to finish!! It's the best show I have ever seen and I'm going to pay to go a second time tomorrow! Love love love this!

For a cheap show it was awesome! Small audience, different types of performances... a lil bit of vegas in everything. Not too expensive, fun and all seats were good....you can't go wrong here

I love the water and cirque shows...but this one was the worst one I have ever seen. In fact very expensive and I fell asleep twice. I could see people dive off cliffs in the quarry for free and probably more exciting...my wife and I were very disappointed

Loved the interaction with the audience, felt like you were right in the show...great music and performers
