Rio Zip Line

The Rio Zipline is an exhilarating attraction that delivers a Las Vegas experience unlike any other. It sends guests soaring higher than 500 feet in the air at electrifying speeds, offering 360-degree open-air views of the Las Vegas Strip. The one-minute and 10-second zip ride takes off from Rio Zipline Lounge, located atop Rio’s 50-story Masquerade tower, sending guests cascading more than 800 feet to the Ipanema tower and reaching speeds up to 33 miles per hour. Rio Zipline can accommodate up to two riders at one time and has a unique feature – on the return trip guests will ride an additional 800 feet to the starting point facing backwards, a total ride of nearly one-third of a mile.

How many can ride at a time?
The Rio Zipline will send riders flying in tandem, so you may ride alone or with a friend

How tall do I have to be to ride?
All riders must be 48? tall to ride

Is there a weight limit to ride this ride?
Yes, 450 lbs combined between both riders.
An individual rider must not exceed 300 lbs.

Where can my friends and family go to watch me ride?
The Rio Zipline Rooftop sports the very best view in the entire city. Your entourage can cheer you on and watch from the patio on the 51st floor as you fly through the air.

Are there any special requirements?
All riders must present a valid ID and sign a waiver before riding. All loose items must be removed prior to entering the launch pad. For the safety of others we currently do not allow GoPro, or other handheld cameras, cell phones on the attraction.
