Your privacy is important to us. Our privacy policy will explain how personal information is collected,
used and disclosed by SmarterVegas application and services. If you have questions or complaints regarding our privacy

We will alert you that changes have been made by indicating on our privacy policy the date it was last updated.
If we make any material changes we will notify you by email or by means of a notice on this privacy policy prior to the

What is Personal Information?
"Personal Information" is personally identifiable information such as your name, telephone number, email address
and any other non-public information about you that is associated with or linked to any of the foregoing
information. Personal information does not include "aggregate" information, which is data we collect about
the use of SmarterVegas. Our privacy policy does not restrict or limit our collection and use of aggregate information.
What Personal Information Does SmarterVegas Collect?
Personal Information: When you create an account, we may collect your personal information
such as your username, first and last name, birth date, email address, mobile phone number and a photo,
if you choose to have a photo associated with your account. We may collect billing information when you sign up
for Premium services. When you register in our app with social media, such as Facebook we receive information
from the social network such as your profile information, profile picture, gender, user name, user ID associated with
your social media account, age range, language, country, and any other information you permit the social network
to share with third parties. The data we receive is dependent upon your privacy settings with the social network.
If logged into the iOS or Android apps via Facebook, you may choose to connect with your Facebook friends via the app.
In that case, we will access your Facebook friends list in order to connect you with your Facebook friends.
Your Facebook friends list is not stored on our servers. You may request to delete all of your data from our servers
by contacting us through the "Contact Us" feature within the app (deleting your data is non-reversible).
Geo-Location: We collect your unique user identifier and your location through GPS, WiFi, or wireless
network triangulation in order to obtain your location for the purposes of providing our services.
If you go offline we will not share your location with others however, we will continue to collect your
location information in order to provide our services.
Geo-Location Marketing: We try to offer you the best user experience by analyzing the data we collect such
as your location, previous locations and other prefrences and inputs in order to make your experience as personable as possible.
This means for example that you may receive an offer that others might not depending on your usage and personal
prefrences.
Messages and User Content: We collect information when you message other members through use of
our services. We may also retain any messages you send to us.
Automatically collected information through the use of technology: When you use our mobile app,
we and our business partners may collect certain information about your computer or device through technology
such as cookies, web beacons, log files, or other tracking/recording tools. The information we collect through
the use of tracking technologies includes, but is not limited to, IP address, browser information, referring/exit
pages and URLs, click stream data and how you interact with links on the mobile app, or Service, domain
names, landing pages, page views, cookie data that allows us to uniquely identify your browser, browsing behavior
on our site, mobile device type, mobile device IDs or other persistent identifiers, and location data collected
from your mobile device. Some or all of this data may be combined with other personally identifying information
described above. We use this information to: Remember information so that you will not have to re-enter it during
your visit or the next time you visit the site or mobile app; Provide custom, personalized content and information;
Monitor the effectiveness of our service and our marketing campaigns; Monitor aggregate metrics such as total
number of visitors, users, traffic, and demographic patterns; Diagnose or fix technology problems reported by
our users or engineers; Automatically update our mobile application on your system and related devices.
Deleting your data: You may request to delete all of your data from our servers by contacting us through
the "Contact Us" feature within the app (deleting your data is non-reversible).
How Does SmarterVegas Use the Personal Information?
Generally, SmarterVegas collects, stores, uses and discloses information to enable us to:
- provide our services.
- create your account.
- identify you as a user.
- respond to your inquiries and emails.
- improve the application.
- send you administrative and service related communications.
- send you newsletters, offers, and other promotional materials.
Except as set out in this Privacy Policy, your personal Information will not be used for any other purpose without
informing you first by updating this Privacy Policy. Except for the limited disclosures described in this Privacy
Policy, we do not sell customer lists or any personal information to third parties, and we will endeavor to keep
your email address private. Anonymous aggregate statistics that do not personally identify SmarterVegas users will be
kept and used by us for various purposes including analysis and reporting of usage patterns. When using our vouchers
we will share your personal information with the appropriate merchant, so they can prepare for your arrival
and provide the goods and services described in the voucher.
What Do We Share With Third Parties?
From time to time, we may employ third parties to help us provide or improve SmarterVegas. These third parties,
such as our analytics or hosting provider, may have limited access to databases of user information or
registered member information solely for the purpose of helping us provide or improve SmarterVegas and they
will not be able to use the information about our members or visitors for any other purpose. We may disclose
personal Information in some other limited circumstances, but we will specifically describe them to you when
we collect the information, such as in the terms of use for a new service or by revising this Privacy Policy.
We may, and you hereby authorize us to, disclose your Personal Information (including messages) to a third party
without your consent: if we have reason to believe that disclosing this information is necessary to identify,
contact or bring legal action against someone who may be causing injury to or interference with
(either intentionally or unintentionally) our rights or property, other users, or anyone else
(including the rights or property of anyone else) that could be harmed by such activities, in connection
with any legal investigation, when we believe in good faith that such disclosure is required by and in
accordance with the law or to respond to subpoenas or warrants served on SmarterVegas, to any third party with
your prior consent to do so.
Security
The security of your Personal Information is important to us. We use reasonable efforts to store and maintain your
Personal Information and location information in a secure environment and have implemented reasonable procedures
designed to limit unauthorized access, use or disclosure of your Personal Information. We encrypt the transmission
location information of that information using secured technologies. Despite these measures, you should know that
SmarterVegas cannot fully eliminate security risks associated with Personal Information. You are also responsible for
helping to protect the security of your Personal Information. To protect the communications that have taken place
in the app, never give out your password.
Communication with SmarterVegas
You may "opt out" of receiving marketing or promotional emails from us by following the instructions
in those emails or by emailing us at contact@smartervegas.com. If you opt out, we may still send you
non-promotional emails, such as emails about your accounts or our ongoing business relations.
To opt out of push notifications, please edit settings within the app or change your settings
at the device level.
