The original RUB BBQ eatery opened in New York in 2005 to immediate critical acclaim and popularity thanks to pit-smoked championship-level barbecue classics like pastrami, St. Louis ribs, sausage links and pulled pork, and specialties like crispy, twice-smoked burnt ends, Szechwan smoked duck and their most popular dish – the Taste of the Baron, a platter that includes beef, pork, ham, pastrami, turkey, chicken, sausage and a quarter rack of ribs. All selections are prepared fresh daily, so once an item sells out – better luck tomorrow!
RUB BBQ will serve lunch and dinner seven days a week, and will feature a variety of live music on the weekends.
